everything is just quiet now. the single glow that illuminates the inside of the hall begins to wane. the whir of the fan at speed 3 and the light breeze through the balcony steadies the temperature to a cooling doze.

the indie music i just randomly tried dies into an end. it was nice, its just that, after a long day, sleep was nicer. my fingers go on a little while more as my eyelids fall halfway down the shutters to dim the single nightlight even more.

i'm typing even without looking now.
and i know that the light will fade.
