i hope not, or rather, i guess the moral of the story is go with the heart, or something like that. cloak and dagger stuff. anyway, everyone's kinda outta the house today, so i had the chance to wake up early for a day at times square to catch up with veng. watched karate kid (dude, jaden smith ain't practicing no karate!!) and had some chinese at LG before i evaded the jam back here.

world cup season is heating up with the round of 16!! no tv here, so i guess following it online is the next best thing. Japan and Paraguay are the first teams i see going into extra time right as i type this. fight!! (shucks i might be missing the best part of this clash aka the penalties!)

so many things to plan out!
singapore, hang outs, documents to finalize, souls to search, things to invest in.

..and the battle reaches its peak, not when the swords cut within deathly inches, or the rain of arrows pour down. it is when a lull grips your heart and for the critical moment, you stop fighting. sometimes you don't lose because the opponent is stronger. sometimes you lose because you just think you've won, hands down, earned your right, deserved your keep. you forgot to keep your head held high, you stopped looking for the light.

its a tough fight.

meanwhile, i was impressed by advice/wisdom from one of the youth on his facebook shoutout, that you shouldn't get into a relationship unless you plan for marriage, or more than just for fun. some even commented that it was idiocity for posting it, at his age. i just had to encourage him otherwise.

maybe i'll post my thought about this later..

the idealism of youth, should never be lost, corrupted or discarded like the majority of the world's fantasies. some of it are at the heart of what is right with this world. how long have you stopped hoping in hope and started dwelling in despair?
